Road Supervisor/Cemetery Sexton Joseph "Joe" Toporcer was appointed and began as Warren Township Road Supervisor/Cemetery Sexton on May 3rd, 2021.
A local community graduate from Western Reserve in Berlin Center and Mahoning County JVS for Powered Equipment Mechanics in 2000. Joe attended Stark State College for Firefighting/EMS, and the University of Northwestern Ohio for Agricultural Business Management in 2002.
Joe started working at Paris Township Road Department in Stark County and then became a Road Foreman for Smith Township in Mahoning County in 2019. Joe is a Firefighter/Emt with Newton Falls Joint Fire District, Ellsworth Fire Department and is a Deputy Chief with Mahoning County Hazmat team. His wife Jennifer and Joe have been married since 2011. They have a daughter. In his spare time Joe enjoys spending time with his family and working on the family farm.
